Composite Flame Retardants

ATH — Mineral Filler Flame Retardants
Aluminum trihydrate (Al(OH)₃) at four particle-size cuts plus a silane-surface-treated grade for premium mechanical retention. The halogen-free workhorse for FRP, gelcoat, and resin-system FR formulation at 50–65% loading.
UPR — Flame-Retardant Unsaturated Polyester Resins
Pre-formulated FR-UPR resins by mechanism — brominated (HBr-grade), phosphorus-modified, and marine-spec fire-retardant — for SMC, BMC, hand-layup laminates, and pultruded profiles requiring Class 1 fire ratings.
Vinyl Ester — Flame-Retardant Grades
FR-grade vinyl ester resins with brominated chemistry plus low-smoke variants for transit, infrastructure, and chemical-resistant FRP applications where corrosion resistance and fire performance are simultaneously required.
Specialty FR Composites & Synergists
Phenolic FRP for transit interior panels (Class 0 fire rating), gelcoat fire retardant for marine and architectural FRP surface, and zinc borate synergist (char-former + smoke suppressant) for blending into ATH/MDH-filled compounds.
