This one-component moisture-cure polyurethane adhesive is supplied ready to use from a cartridge with no mixing required. Cure is driven by atmospheric moisture at the bond line, producing a tough, flexible adhesive joint. Skin-over time is 15–30 minutes and full cure depends on joint gap and humidity — typically 24–72 hours for 3–5 mm gaps at 65% RH, 23°C. Tensile shear strength after cure is 6–12 MPa. Elongation 50–120%. Shore A 55–75. The single-component format is ideal for site repair, field bonding, and assembly operations where mixing two components is impractical. Bonds FRP, GRP, wood, concrete, aluminum, and steel with minimal surface preparation. Strong adhesion to slightly damp surfaces makes it useful for marine repair and outdoor construction bonding. The adhesive can be painted and sanded after cure. Available in gray and white.

Applications
FAQ
Moisture-cure PU requires atmospheric humidity to initiate cure. Below 30% RH, cure will be very slow and surface cure may be incomplete. In dry conditions, lightly mist one of the substrate surfaces with water before application to provide the moisture needed for cure initiation. In normal indoor environments (40–70% RH), cure proceeds normally. In very humid conditions (>90% RH), the surface skin-over may be faster, limiting open time.
