This silicone-free paste wax release agent is specifically formulated for composite production where bonding, painting, or coating of the demolded part surface is required. Standard wax mold releases often contain silicone lubricants that transfer to part surfaces and contaminate bond lines, causing paint adhesion failures and structural adhesive disbonding. This product uses a pure carnauba and synthetic wax blend — completely free of silicone — to provide reliable release without surface contamination. Demolded parts have bondable, paintable surfaces without the IPA solvent-wipe decontamination step required after silicone-containing releases. Provides 3–5 releases per application cycle. Compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins. Approved for production environments where downstream bonding with structural adhesives (MMA, epoxy, PU) or painting with 2K automotive-grade coatings is required. Suitable for wind energy nacelle covers, marine structural assemblies, automotive body parts, and any composite production where secondary bonding is part of the process.

Silicone polymers have extremely low surface energy and migrate readily onto composite part surfaces during demolding. Even microgram quantities of silicone on a bond surface prevent adhesive wetting, causing zero-adhesion bond failures or very low bond strength. Most structural adhesive standards (including ISO, ASTM, and aerospace specs) require silicone-free surface preparation. Using silicone-free wax eliminates this contamination path and allows direct bonding without chemical cleaning.
