Semi-Permanent Release (Aerospace Grade)

This aerospace-grade semi-permanent release agent is qualified and approved for use in aerospace composite manufacturing environments requiring full traceability, lot documentation, and compliance with aerospace material specifications. It is formulated with a fluoropolymer blend for maximum release durability at temperatures up to 200°C and provides 20–40 releases per application cycle on production aerospace molds. The product is certified as non-chromate, non-silicone, and compliant with aerospace surface contamination specifications (e.g., Boeing BMS, Airbus AIMS). The release agent does not transfer to part surfaces — post-demolding FRP surfaces meet bond preparation requirements without additional chemical treatment. Supplied in aerospace-approved packaging with lot number, material safety data sheet, and Certificate of Conformance. Suitable for application on all aerospace composite tooling including Invar, CFRP tooling plates, Nylon/carbon fiber tooling, and aluminum hard tooling.
