This food-contact grade mold release agent is formulated with ingredients that comply with food contact regulations for composite molds used in the production of food processing equipment, food containers, water storage tanks, beverage handling components, and similar applications where the composite part may contact food or potable water. All components of this release agent are selected from substances permitted under EU Regulation 10/2011, FDA 21 CFR, and similar food contact material regulations. The release agent is non-toxic, non-tainting, and does not impart odor or flavor to food products. Provides 8–15 releases per application cycle on food-contact composite molds. Compatible with food-grade epoxy, polyester, and vinyl ester resin systems used in food processing composite fabrication. Apply 3–5 coats on new molds by wipe-on/buff-off. The product carries documentation confirming compliance with applicable food contact regulations for customer traceability.
