Aerosol Mold Cleaner and Release

This aerosol-packaged mold cleaner and release agent combination product provides fast mold cleaning and re-release in a single, convenient spray can format. The aerosol formula combines a fast-acting solvent cleaner that dissolves and lifts cured resin residue, wax build-up, and surface contamination from the mold surface, followed by a release film that is deposited as the solvent evaporates. The two-in-one action reduces mold maintenance downtime — one product replaces separate cleaning solvent and release agent steps. The aerosol format is ideal for spot treatment of localized mold areas showing release degradation, cleaning of small mold sections or details between production runs, and emergency re-release when a mold begins to show adhesion. Suitable for use on polyester gelcoated molds and bare laminate molds. Not a replacement for full mold strip-and-recoat operations on semi-permanently released molds. Use in well-ventilated areas.
