Pultrusion Grade UPR

CAS 26455-61-8In StockSample available

Key Features

  • Low viscosity for fast fiber wet-out
  • Controlled gel time at 140-160C
  • High line speed compatibility
  • Good Barcol hardness development
  • Compatible with polyester-sized glass rovings

Pultrusion grade unsaturated polyester resin formulated for the continuous pultrusion process used to produce FRP profiles, rods, tubes, and structural shapes. Low initial viscosity (500-2000 mPa·s) allows rapid fiber wet-out in the resin bath; controlled gel time of 3-8 minutes at 140-160C enables high line speeds. Isophthalic variants offer improved fatigue resistance and chemical resistance for demanding applications.
